author's instructions and paper submission


i. Papers Submissions and Review process to be handled through EDAS and
ii. Final accepted and presented papers submission must be directly submitted through SPIE’s SRS link available on website and brochures as well as on the CFP (call for papers).
iii. Conference Proceedings will be published by SPIE.
iv. High-quality substantially extended version of proceedings’ papers will be recommended for field relevant Journals.

- At least one author must pre-register for the conference, paying the full registration fee, in order to have their paper included. During the acceptance process, the corresponding author should identify the presenter of the paper.
- Authors should strictly follow the guidelines and templates available at the website and prepare PDF-compliant version of their papers, 4 to 6 double-column pages in length.
- Authors can submit multiple papers and one full registration covers 2 papers with a common author.
- One student registration covers 1 paper.
- For Symposium and Workshop submissions paper limits may be different therefore follow their descriptions.
- All submissions must comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, and SPIE Standards and Policies. Papers failing to comply with these policies will be dropped from the conference and publication.

All paper submissions will be handled electronically.
The format should conform to the guidelines available below where you can download the paper writing templates.

It is the author's responsibility to adhere to the following guidelines. Your paper
1- must follow SPIE paper template.
2- must not have page numbers
3- must not have copyright information in the footer
4- must have the same authors and in the same order as they appear on EDAS. Your EDAS authors list must match that with both review and final manuscript.
5- is registered (after acceptance notification)
6- must have the same title as it appears on EDAS
7- must have same number of pages as review manuscript
Camera ready (final manuscript) submissions found not complying, will automatically be dropped out.

Complete the online copyright form as and when required during the process. (applicable to accepted papers only)

IMPORTANT: You must upload the final version of your source file, no later than camera ready due date.
